Hi, I’m Emily! A holistic wellness guide, founder of Warsaw Wellness Club, wife, mom, and someone passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, recovery, and intentional living. I offer mindfulness workshops in Warsaw, along with pilates training and yoga classes that encourage a deeper connection with oneself.
