A holistic wellness guide, founder of Warsaw Wellness Club by In Mind, Body, & Soul, wife, mom of three, dog mom to four wild pups, and someone who truly believes life is meant to be lived intentionally.
My husband and I own three businesses together while also balancing full-time work, sports schedules, family life, community involvement, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with building a life and raising a family. We have two daughters and a son, ages 14 to almost 11, and watching our kids grow into themselves, explore who they are, pursue athletics, and intentionally create their own paths has honestly become one of the biggest inspirations behind everything I do.
Because at the heart of all of this… I don’t just care about wellness.
I care about people feeling connected to themselves again.
Several years ago, I was deeply disconnected from myself. I was overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, constantly carrying stress, and honestly just tired of feeling like I was surviving instead of actually living. I kept looking outside of myself for answers until I realized that peace, confidence, healing, joy, and fulfillment all begin when we reconnect with who we truly are underneath the pressure, expectations, stress, and noise of life.
That realization changed everything for me.
What started as small mindset shifts and meditation eventually grew into yoga, Pilates, nervous system work, energy healing, coaching, intentional movement, wellness products, and creating spaces where people could simply exhale and come back home to themselves.
And now, that’s why this space exists.
Not to push perfection.
Not to make people feel like they need to become someone else.
But to help people reconnect with the version of themselves that has always been there underneath it all.
Whether someone comes here for yoga, Pilates, athlete recovery sessions, coaching, meditation, workshops, products, or simply a moment of peace in the middle of a busy life, my goal is always the same:
To help guide people back to themselves while helping them intentionally create a life that actually feels good to live.
Because wellness is not one-size-fits-all.
For some people it looks like building confidence.
For others it looks like slowing down, healing, moving their body, calming their mind, finding discipline, reconnecting with joy, learning self-trust, or simply feeling alive again.
I truly believe people deserve to feel peaceful in their minds, strong in their bodies, connected to themselves, supported by community, and excited about the life they’re creating.
And I hope when people walk into this space, physically or digitally, they feel welcomed exactly as they are. ✨

Emily ✨💜🫶
